Sales for Social Impact:

A Relational Approach to Predictable Revenue

Sales doesn’t have to be a dirty word. Embracing sales as a means to build both revenue and relationships can unlock new pathways for sustainability and impact.

Join fellow social entrepreneurs and impact leaders as we demystify “sales” and provide the tools and strategies needed for building sustainable, predictable revenue streams. Together, you’ll learn how to integrate respectful, relationship-based selling into your operations.

This workshop will challenge you to get out of scarcity thinking and step into the possibility space of hope and abundance. From there, we identify practical, actionable strategies you and/or your team can implement today to make B2B sales accessible, easeful and relational.

Our approach will help you identify ideal customers, engage them authentically, and close deals that feel right for everyone involved.

What to Expect:

  • The Predictable Revenue Process: Learn a straightforward sales process that emphasizes building respectful relationships. Learn the five key steps, from identifying your ideal customer to effectively closing deals.
  • Changing Cultural Perceptions: We’ll explore ways to shift cultural and systemic barriers that hinder sustainable revenue models. This includes how to align mission-driven goals with market demands and move beyond the negative perceptions of sales within the social impact sector.
  • Tools and Templates: You’ll get hands-on tools and templates that you can customize and use right away to streamline your approach to building revenue.
  • Learning from Others: Understand common mistakes and learn best practices from the experiences of other social purpose organizations. This includes practical advice on what works and what doesn’t in building financial resilience.

This workshop is designed for social entrepreneurs and those working within social purpose organizations (including nonprofits, charities and purpose-driven businesses) who are looking to strengthen their organizations’ financial stability and increase their community impact.

Inspired by Aaron Ross’s bestselling book and methodology, Predictable Revenue, we’ll show you how to apply predictable sales and business development approaches in a social impact context.
