LEVEL BIPOC Grants
Flexible, general operating grants of $50,000 for BIPOC-led organizations in BC to support their work in racial equity and racial justice.
Who Should Apply
These grants are for BIPOC-led organizations based in and serving BC, that are a registered charity or other qualified donees listed by Canada Revenue Agency. For the purpose of this grant program, we define BIPOC-led organizations as groups where at least two-thirds of senior staff and/or board leadership positions are held by those who self-identify as Black, Indigenous or People of Colour. Consideration is also made for organizations that have an explicit focus or mandate to serve BIPOC communities in BC.

Emergency Community Support Fund (Round 2)
Eligible expenses include wages and benefits, professional fees, travel and accommodations, materials and supplies, printing and communication, equipment rental/lease/maintenance, administration costs, capital costs, and disability support for staff. Purchase of lands or buildings, and any expenses that are covered by another funding source, are ineligible.
Who Should Apply
Nonprofits and registered charities that serve one or more vulnerable groups or address a pressing social inclusion or wellbeing need caused or worsened by COVID-19.
Granting Period: Project budgets must be incurred by March 31, 2021.

Canada United Small Business Relief Fund
Costs resulting from adjusting operations to meet COVID-19 safety guidelines.
- Purchase of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Renovation of space to adhere to re-opening guidelines
- Enhancement of website/ developing E-commerce capability
Who Should Apply
For Profits or Nonprofits with annual sales of $150,000-$3,000,000 and fewer than 75 employees. Registered Charities are not eligible to apply.

Columbia Basin Trust Small Social Grants
Community-initiated and community-supported projects that strengthen the social well-being of people living in the Basin
Who Should Apply
Eligible applicants include registered non-profits, First Nations communities and local governments from the Columbia Basin Trust region. Businesses may be considered depending on the Project and its broad community impact.

DER3 (Digital Economy: Rapid Response + Resiliency Program)
Connecting small or medium-sized organizations in BC that need help entering or expanding into the digital economy with service providers and subject matter experts.
Examples: creating an e-commerce marketplace, improved online marketing strategy, or even updating your website.
Who Should Apply
- Be a small or medium-sized business (less than 500 employees) — nonprofits, coops, CCC’s welcome!
- Be located in one of these regions in British Columbia: Greater Victoria; Central Island, Northern Island, Sunshine Coast & Gulf Islands; Okanagan Valley; Kootenays; Central Interior B.C.; North Central B.C.
Maximum Amount: The matching service is offered at no cost / no obligation. No funding is provided for hiring digital service providers or subject matter experts.
